Our work relies on volunteers, and it is our mission to help everyone seeking to connect and support people with advanced disease–whether they decide to volunteer with us or not. This is a FREE two-day training to educate yourself on how to support people as they navigate an increasingly complex medical system.
Palliative care is a currently developing intervention to improve the lives of people who may be struggling with a more advanced disease process. This has been a gap in patient care for some time. Learn how you, as a volunteer, can help fill this gap in care and improve the quality of life for our community members.
